ExCEL Foundation primarily provides educational programs, workshops, training sessions, events, and digital services. As such, physical product shipping and exchanges are generally not applicable.

ExCEL Foundation does not typically ship physical goods or products.
Any program materials, certificates, schedules, or resources may be shared digitally through email, messaging platforms, or online portals unless otherwise specified.
In cases where physical materials are provided for a specific event or program, shipping timelines and details will be communicated separately.

2. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are not applicable for registrations, services, workshops, training programs, digital resources, or event participation unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Transfers between participants or programs may be considered only in exceptional circumstances and at the sole discretion of ExCEL Foundation.
