ExCEL (Ex- NCC Cadets for Entrepreneurship and Leadership) is a national initiative dedicated to nurturing entrepreneurial and leadership capabilities among NCC Cadets and young Indians.
Rooted in the discipline, resilience, and service values of the National Cadet Corps, ExCEL builds bridges between traditional leadership training and modern entrepreneurial thinking.
