Eligibility: 

  • Ex-NCC Cadet or ANO/CTO

  • 23yrs of age

  • Available to spend 4 weekends a year for training

We collaborate with institutions, organisations, and ecosystem partners to bring impactful programs to NCC cadets and youth across India.

ExCEL Foundation shares its proven program frameworks, training content, and implementation support to help partners get started. While we guide, train, and assist during the initial phases, partner institutions take ownership of running and sustaining these programs within their communities.
