Cancellation and Refund

At ExCEL Foundation, we strive to ensure a smooth and valuable experience for all participants across our workshops, training programs, camps, events, and services. This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the terms applicable to registrations and payments made through our website or other official channels.

 

1. Registration Confirmation

A registration will be considered confirmed only after:

Successful submission of the registration form, and
Receipt of the applicable payment, wherever required.

Participants are advised to retain payment receipts and confirmation emails/messages for future reference.

 

2. Cancellation by Participant
a) Workshops, Events, and Training Programs
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing through email or the official communication channel.
Refund eligibility may vary depending on the specific program, event, or workshop.

Any payment gateway charges, processing fees, taxes, or administrative costs may be deducted from the refund amount.

 

3. Non-Attendance

Failure to attend a registered program, workshop, session, or event without prior notice shall be treated as a no-show, and no refund will be provided.

 

4. Cancellation or Rescheduling by ExCEL Foundation

ExCEL Foundation reserves the right to: Cancel, Postpone, Reschedule, or Modify any event, workshop, training session, or program due to unforeseen circumstances, insufficient participation, technical issues, safety concerns, or other operational reasons.

In such cases, participants may be offered one of the following at the discretion of ExCEL Foundation:

Rescheduled participation, Credit for a future program, or Partial/full refund.

 

5. Refund Processing Timeline

Approved refunds, if applicable, will generally be processed within 7–14 working days through the original mode of payment.

Actual credit timelines may vary depending on banking partners or payment gateways.

 

6. Digital Products or Downloadable Resources

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, payments made for digital content, downloadable resources, recordings, templates, or online materials are non-refundable.

 

7. Exceptional Circumstances

Requests related to medical emergencies or exceptional situations may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of ExCEL Foundation.

Supporting documents may be requested where applicable.
